A: Yes! All of our products are made from scratch at home by our founder, Arteen Khabbaz, with care and attention to detail.

A: Our business officially launched to the public on November 20th, 2022.

A: Yes, all of our horse treats are safe to give before and during equestrian shows.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Most orders are shipped within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within the same week, depending on your location and the carrier.

A: We are a home-based business located in Ontario, Canada.

A: Yes, we offer local pickup! Please contact us immediately after placing your order to arrange a suitable pickup time.

A: Orders may be canceled at any time before shipment. Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and all sales are final.
